The State of Agile Report is the first of its kind report in the Department of Defense (DoD). First released on October 2019, the report creates a baseline of SMC's knowledge and status of the practice and application of agile and lean methodologies. Data on the report was the result of the SMC State of Agile Pulse weeks long online survey of SMC members at Los Angeles, Colorado Springs, and Albuquerque.
