The Intersection of Innovation and Agility
AtlasX is an innovation and strategy team at the Space Systems Command (SSC), formerly Space and Missile Systems Center (SMC), and a field command of the United States Space Force (USSF), Los Angeles AFB, CA. Their mission is to innovate and accelerate agile, data-driven business solutions across the Space Enterprise. That mission is executed and driven by its three cells: Business Innovation, Agile Readiness Center, and Business Intelligence, teams of cross-functional and complementary innovators helping change and revolutionize the future of military space acquisition.
Logo: The Face of AtlasX
AtlasX is the intersection of innovation and agility. The logo is designed around that attribute using intersecting lines that displays its ultimate function of supporting SSC's mission of space acquisition using negative space to create an abstracted form of a space vehicle launch and can also be interpreted as interacting space systems. Blue represents the Air Force colors, professionalism, innovation, and creativity. The warm orange complements the blue representing agility and speed.

AtlasX is an integrated multifunctional organization that encompasses different functionals and skills. The team is composed of three distinct yet tightly integrated and complementary cells—Business Innovation, Agile Readiness Center, Business Intelligence Group—in the areas of idea and innovation management, agile, and data analytics.
